[Headline] "National Thousand" Experts Gather in Longgang to Discuss 3D Printing Collaborative Innovation

　　On April 25th, the 3D Printing Collaborative Innovation Seminar and Exchange Meeting hosted by the National "Thousand Talents Program" Experts Association was held in Shenzhen Longgang Tian'an Cyber City, which attracted more than 200 experts from home and abroad, including more than 30 experts of the National "Thousand Talents Program" to attend. "Thousand Talents Program" experts, including nearly 200 experts at home and abroad to participate. The participating experts discussed the development direction and innovative ideas of 3D printing around the themes of 3D printing technology frontier and industrial development.

　　At the seminar, Dr. Zong Guisheng, Chairman and CEO of SANDI Printing Technology Co., Ltd. and Director of 3D Printing Professional Committee of China Powder Metallurgy Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance, delivered a keynote speech titled "Dynamics and Challenges of the Development of 3D Printing Industry". Dr. Zong Guisheng pointed out that the 3D printing industry is developing rapidly, and the global market size is expected to grow from the current $4 billion to more than $20 billion in 2020. The customization and personalization demand, the rapid growth of the market, the promotion of the national policy level and the application of 3D printing in many fields such as aerospace, automotive, medical, professional design, civil and so on become the driving force of the industry development.

　　Dr. Zong Guisheng believes that for the current development of the 3D printing industry is faced with technology, products, R & D, applications, standards, policies and other challenges, industry enterprises should change their thinking, from the previous respective, fragmented R & D, sales of lone combat, slow natural growth of the development model, and gradually transformed into a platform for the operation of the overall planning, R & D, the establishment of R & D, collaborative operations, mergers and acquisitions growth, and ultimately, through the integration of resources to achieve Win-win cooperation.
