At the end of 2022, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Construction of a Modern Vocational Education System, which explicitly proposed to promote vocational colleges to carry out industry-industry-teaching fusion communities and municipal industry-teaching consortia.
